A5 discbound notebooks. 3 themes options are available - dog training notes, general planner and gardening planner. The cover page title and 5 divider tabs can have the wording amended. For the dog training notebook 4 of my dogs each have a section with the 5th tab being titled 'Misc' as a catch all. Each notebook contains 50 doubled sided blank ruled pages. The planner is discbound which means you can add, remove and move pages without taking the notebook apart. As metal mushroom hole punches and/or refill pages can be expensive a simple single sheet plastic mushroom hole punch has been included. It does provide a pretty rough cut but this is largely invisible when the page has been added to the notebook as the rings cover / hide the cutouts.
