So what is a lithophane? A lithophane is a 3D image made from a translucent material that reveals a picture only when light is shined through it from behind.

Upload your photo and we'll turn it into 3D lithophane image for you. 

My photos don't do justice to the 3D effect when backlit - they're magical!

Options are: 

  • a hanging lithophane - best hung in a window for daylight to shine through to show the image.
  • a framed lithothane with LED back light - requires to be plugged into a USB port or power bank for power.

The framed version is sent flatpack for easy assembly. The parts click together and no glue is required. The frame comes in a choice of colours.

The LED light is operated by a remote and you can change the colours and mode to suit your mood.

The lithophane frame is 130 x 130mm (photo 120 x 120mm).

Hanging version includes:

Framed version includes:

* LED colour changing backlight with remote

Optional addition for the framed version is a USB extension cord (60cm) with on/off switch and power plug
